Small Cap Sector Portfolio

Small Cap Sectors Objective: Maintain a fully invested stance in stocks, but to use sector weightings to: (1) capture more upside, and (2) mitigate downside risk, than the IJR Index ETF. 

Small Cap Sectors weighting methodology: We will use two units as an equal weight, three as an overweight, and one as an underweight.
